Chef de Cuisine of The Mistral, Fabio Guaglione, presents a curated seven-course Italian set menu which incorporates classic and innovative gastronomy. Our dedicated sommelier has hand-picked choice wine for guests to toast to ever-lasting love.

To mark the beginning of this romantic culinary journey, Chef Fabio starts with Mazara del Vallo Red Prawn Tartare with Mixed Leaves and Italian Caviar. Taking the loved ones to the ocean deep, he has hand-picked lobsters from Boston, scallops from Canada and smoked salmon from Norway as the second, third and fourth courses – Boston Lobster and Brandy Creamy Soup, Italian Black Truffles, Lobster Medallion, Pan-roasted Canadian Scallops, Spumante Sparkling Wine Sauce with Winter Black Truffles, and Handmade Norwegian Smoked Salmon Ravioli Pasta with Egg Yolks, Ricotta Cheese, Sage and Tomato Confit Sauce respectively. With infinite passion, Chef Fabio expresses his authentic Italian style in this tantalising Slow-cooked Italian Veal Loin, Truffle Potato Puree in Porcini Mushroom Sauce. The exceptional someone will be amazed by the restaurant’s famed Amalfi Lemon Tart, Raspberry Puff and Pistachio Cannoli, sweetening the heart and the taste buds. This menu closes with Half-frozen Peach Mousse, Seasonal Fruit Salad, Forest Fruit Coulis.

A bottle of mini prosecco will be gifted to each pair of guests. This seven-course Valentine’s Day set dinner is priced at HK$1,288 per person. Pairing with five glasses of choice wine is priced at HK$528 per person.


Café on M

When love turns pink, reaping time is near. Treat the loved one to exquisite black truffles and sought-after Wagyu beef he or she deserves, and show how expansive love is, like the buffet on offer at Café on M.

Highlights from the station include Roasted Australian Wagyu Prime Rib, Seared Wagyu Beef Sushi with Spring Onion and Truffle Mayonnaise, Slow-cooked Wagyu Chuck Eye Roll, Grilled Lobsters with Black Truffle Lobster Cream Sauce, Wagyu Beef Donburi with Scallop and Sweet Prawn (one portion per guest), Peking Duck, Seared Foie Gras with Raspberry Coulis, BBQ Char Siu Flambé using Spanish Iberico Pork, and Rack of Lamb. Desirable cold items on the list are Chilled Boston Lobsters, Canadian Snow Crab Legs, Brown Crabs and more. Gluten-free Cup Cakes with Black Truffles and Black Truffle Burned Cheese Cakes are surprises on the sweet side.
