Following the huge success of the last two events, ‘Go Local’ is back and bigger than ever, bringing the most anticipated happening on Sunday, 30 April 2023 in collaboration with Kebon Vintage. Celebrating all things local featuring local food and beverages made on the island of the Gods to Indonesia’s most talented local performers.

Returning to take centerstage is one of the biggest DJs, producers and composers, Dipha Barus is ready to hype up the evening with his pumping House music-infused pop track that will get everyone dancing on their feet. When it comes to singing along, Bali-based trio band – Soulfood Music will rock the stage, bringing the R&B and Soul music genres.

The party will kick off with W Bali’s resident DJs, Nanda and Wilson, followed by Westside MuzeeQ who will showcase his Indonesian Rare Groove Vinyl Records that consist of a mixture of Psychedelic Funk, Soul and Rock.

“We are very delighted to bring back the third edition of our most-awaited event focusing on the local communities by putting the spotlight on the most talented Indonesian performers set to take the stage at W Bali – Seminyak and supporting small local businesses by giving them a platform to showcase their homemade products,” says Titus Rosier, General Manager of W Bali – Seminyak.

Dive into an extraordinary journey with W Bali’s favorite signature cocktails, while indulging in the tantalizing food stations at the WET deck. Savor the local produce, from Arak Bali to the myriad of Balinese flavors including Balinese Pork Samsam Rice Bowl, Chicken Betutu Pizza, Lumpia Sanur, and so much more. Additionally, to support local communities, there will be signature local snacks and other varieties of local food and drinks by UMKM (Small and Medium Enterprises).

In this edition, W Bali – Seminyak is excited to partner with Kebon Vintage, founded by Mr. Jos Dharmawan, who first started his vintage car collection in a garden in East Bali. He then finally turned his lifelong dream into reality by opening a vintage car museum in the hopes of sharing his passion for vintage cars and keeping Bali’s tourist attractions exciting and diversified. All these classic vintage car collections will be showcased in the main lobby during the event to further enliven the event.

Mr. Jos Dharmawan, Founder of Kebon Vintage, commenting on the partnership, says, “I am thrilled to be part of this event and partnering with W Bali – Seminyak to engage with local communities.” He added, “I think this is an amazing initiative in supporting them in different aspects from entertainment, local businesses, and many more.”

Fun for a cause, a percentage of the proceeds will go to support Yayasan Cahaya Mutiara Ubud – a local foundation established by and for people with disabilities.

The party will start from 5 PM until late and it is free entry – with a minimum spend for sofas and daybeds.
